Product Recall – Children’s Cough and Cold Medicine

A pharmaceutical company has issued a voluntary recall of several brands of children’s cough and cold medicine. The over-the-counter products were sold nationwide under brands including Kroger, Dollar General and Rite-Aid, among others.

Perrigo Company announced that it has initiated a voluntary, nationwide product recall of its children’s guaifenesin grape liquid and its children’s guaifenesin DM cherry liquid.

The recall by our dosing cup supplier is being initiated because of the potential that some packages contain an oral dosing cup with incorrect dose markings.

Recalled lots, along with their corresponding branded labels, are listed on this page.

Consumers that have product with the corresponding labels and batch numbers listed should discard the dosing device and product.
