Justine has been assigned with this year’s 4th of July BBQ. Gathering together to BBQ meats, drink and shoot guns on the 4th of July has been done in the United States since at least the early 19th century, if not a bit earlier. The holiday was already one of the biggest of the year in the country by 1820. If you could have afforded it fireworks were also shot off, though most could only afford to shoot off their guns. Either way, this country has always liked explosions and our big booms. Let’s watch as Justine prepares some wild turkey for the big day.
